Granite Bay estates, kept daily by someone who knows the house.
From Los Lagos and Wexford to the Folsom Lake shore, Belleza’s places one dedicated housekeeper in your home two to five days a week, with a trained backup and a single account manager. You never hire, run payroll or cover a sick day.

short routes, consistent days
Lake light, old oaks and a lot of glass.
Granite Bay homes are generous: custom estates on acre lots, pool houses and casitas, kitchens built for a crowd, and windows that frame the lake and the oaks. Those same oaks drop pollen, dust and leaves most of the year, and lake light shows every streak.
That is why a biweekly crew never quite catches up here. One housekeeper who is in the home three or five days a week keeps the glass clear, the stone clean, the guest wing ready and the laundry moving, without you managing any of it.
We are about twenty minutes away in Gold River. We group Granite Bay with Loomis, so your housekeeper’s route stays short and her schedule stays yours.

Where we work in Granite Bay.
Gated or not, the same standards book, the same housekeeper, the same backup. If your neighborhood is not listed, it is almost certainly covered.
Los Lagos
Gated, with its own lakes and custom estates on large lots. Long driveways, pool houses and guest casitas mean more square footage than the main house suggests.
Wexford
A gated enclave of custom homes on acreage, often with separate wings and formal rooms that are used a few times a month and need to be ready anyway.
Treelake
Gated lakeside living under mature trees. Shade means pollen and dust year-round, so glass, ledges and outdoor rooms need a steady routine.
Ashley Woods & Hidden Lakes
Established custom estates on oak-studded lots, many with outdoor kitchens, cabanas and room for horses.
Douglas Ranch & Cavitt Ranch
Equestrian-friendly estate neighborhoods where mudrooms, boot rooms and barns are part of the household rhythm.
Folsom Lake shore
View homes and acreage along Auburn-Folsom Road and the western shore, from lake-view customs to working ranches.
What your housekeeper takes care of.
Every home is documented in its own standards book, so the work is consistent whether it is your housekeeper or her backup. A typical week covers: Across Granite Bay the rhythm is set by your home, not by our calendar.

The result of a dedicated housekeeper, without the role of employer.
Most families who call us have already considered hiring privately. This is the difference.
You become the employer
- Finding, interviewing and vetting candidates yourself
- Payroll, taxes and workers’ compensation on your shoulders
- No coverage when she is sick, travels or leaves
- Standards depend on one person’s habits
- Awkward conversations when something is off
We carry it for you
- We hire, vet, train and schedule the housekeeper
- We carry insurance and bonding; you sign one monthly agreement
- A trained backup who has already been introduced to your home
- A written standards book and quality visits
- One account manager for feedback, changes and seasonal projects
Belleza’s hires, directs and supports the housekeeper who works in your home. You get the result of a dedicated housekeeper; we carry the responsibility of being her employer.
Four steps, no pressure.
From the first call to the first week in your home, usually within two to three weeks depending on matching.
Private consultation
A call, then a walk-through of the home with our founder or estate account manager. We listen first: how the house runs, who lives in it, what matters most.
Your standards book
We document every room the way you like it, the products you prefer, pets, alarm and gate protocols, and the weekly rhythm. This is what makes consistency possible.
Matching & introduction
We select the housekeeper for your home, introduce her and her backup in person, and open with 30 days of weekly check-ins to fine-tune the routine.
Ongoing care
Your account manager stays close: monthly reviews, seasonal projects, coverage guaranteed, and the same person at your door.

Hotel discipline, in a private home.
Belleza’s has cleaned Sacramento homes since 2016 and gave away $20,000 in free cleanings last year to people going through treatment and recovery. Estate housekeeping is where everything we have learned comes together.
Our housekeepers are trained to work around your family, not through it. A confidentiality agreement is available on request.
Marble, quartzite, hardwood, unlacquered brass, silk and antiques each get the right product and the right hand.
We bring everything, including our plant-based Signature Collection and stone-safe options, or we work with the products you already trust.
Keys, codes and gate access are handled under a written protocol. One person in your home, not a rotating crew.
Every team member is vetted before she is matched to a home, and covered while she is in it.
If anything is ever not right, you call one person and it is corrected. Our 24-hour re-clean promise applies to every visit.
Sacramento homeowners, in their words.
Phenomenal job. Our house is spotless, the crew was very sweet and timely. Cannot recommend this business enough.
We’ve been using Belleza’s for our biweekly cleaning and they are consistently great.
I suffered an injury and called these guys and had help the same day! The technicians were fantastic and did a perfect job.
Before you call.
How is estate housekeeping different from house cleaning?
House cleaning is a crew that arrives, cleans and leaves. Estate housekeeping is one dedicated housekeeper who knows your home, on a fixed weekly schedule, backed by our company. It is built for larger homes, roughly 5,000 square feet and up, where a biweekly crew cannot keep pace.
For smaller homes, our recurring cleaning programs are usually the better fit, and we will tell you so.
Will it always be the same person?
Yes. You have one dedicated housekeeper. She is paired with a trained backup who has been introduced to your home and your standards book, so vacations and sick days are covered without a stranger at the door.
Does this make me an employer?
No. The housekeeper is part of the Belleza’s team. We handle hiring, training, scheduling, pay, insurance and coverage. You sign one monthly agreement and deal with one account manager.
What does a typical week include?
It is built around your home: daily resets of the kitchen, baths and bedrooms, linens and laundry as agreed, a rotation of deeper work, and preparation before guests or events. Everything is written in your standards book, so nothing depends on memory.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with professional equipment and products, including our plant-based Signature Collection and stone-safe options. If you prefer specific products, we use yours.
How is pricing structured?
A monthly agreement based on days per week and hours per day, settled after the consultation and walk-through. No hourly surprises and a written scope. Two, three and five-day schedules are the most common.
Do you work with estate managers, property managers and family offices?
Yes. We are used to reporting to a manager rather than the family, keeping logs, and coordinating with other vendors in the home.
Do you serve gated communities like Los Lagos and Wexford?
Yes. We follow each community’s gate procedures, can be added to your guest list, and your housekeeper arrives at the same time on the same days, which gate staff come to recognize.
